Jerome School District celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony at the construction site for the new Jerome School District Elementary School. Elementary students sang The Star-Spangled Banner and other songs. Attendees included Jerome School District personnel, community members, construction personnel, Mayor Davis, and Representative Lickley.
