These wonderful students were the first round of leaders for the 2nd nine weeks of school at Horizon. They did such an amazing job and were so excited to help out in their jobs. Officer Gardner shared Halloween safety tips with the Horizon Kindergartners using his great sense of humor. Students had a great time and learned some great information. Thank you, Office Gardner!

First Grade students visited Tubbs' Berry Farms recently. During their visit they were able to participate in many activities, including: corn mazes, slide, visiting the petting zoo, and picking pumpkins. A wonderful time was had by all! Click here to see the pictures.
Horizon students participated in an all school 7 Habits assembly on Friday to celebrate learning about Habit 1: BE PROACTIVE! Miss Blair's 3rd grade students performed several skits and read essays about how they are becoming proactive at school and at home. Then, Horizon kicked off learning about the November Habit 2: BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND. It was a fantastic assembly full of song, sharing, and fun! Click here to see the pictures.
